Default Cold Air in an 04 Civic Si'?

Hey guys, I was thinking about buying a cold air intake for my girlfriends car, BUT I hear that they don't fit all the 02-05 Civic Si's . Anybody have any idea if this is true or not? I've checked the AEM and Injen websites, but they both don't make any mention of being for specific models. What the heck possible difference could there be?!

02-05 are the same. the injen cai is what I have, and it is a tight fit through the inner fender, but it will fit. the injen also comes with a fuse box relocation bracket. there are some install threads on ephatch.com and k-series.com

I put the Injen CAI on my 04 civic SIR the only thing I had to do was take a die grinder to the inner fender just a little bit to make it fit. I also had to take off the front bumper.
