drug test detox drinks work?

my friend bought a bottle of ready clean (http://www.cleartest.com/products/readycln.html) for an upcoming drug test he has to take. does this stuff really work? :confused:

I once used something like that when i had a urine test for insurance purposes and they didn't day anything. So i guess it worked that time, but back then the only drug i ever did was weed might not work with other drugs :dunno:
