Default Radiator flush vs Drain / Fill benefits?

On my 2001 CL the maintainence schedule calls for coolnt replacement at 75,000. I'm at 80,000 and thinkits time. What are the benefits of a flush vs a drain/fill for this. The dealer wants to just do a drain/fill. Are there any tangible benefits to a flush or is this procedure unnecessary.

Thanks

Check your fluid if it looks good just drain and fill. Honda/Acura recommends no flushes. That is why the dealer does drain and fill.
