I recieved an email the other day. Apparently the owner of the CO that built my vacuum retired and decided to give his empire away. At one point I loved his product but since it's been retired to some assclown I have given up on it and it's treated me quite poorly. I still try it once again here and there but it seems to give me problems. But the thing is, I have no one to call upon to fix these issues so they seem to just build up and f things up. yet for some reason, because I used it for so long, I still see some hope in it. I don't know how long it will take but I guess the so called "better" has gotten the better of it each time I try.

Please help. a long time user of your product....whats up??

 

aparently no one else has had this issue...I think they are denying the fact that the mileage has aided in it's defection.
