saw a cop get pulled over by a cop...

saw a cop get pulled over by a cop...
So i get off my exit on 95, and start heading up towards my house. Super long straight road, good 10-15 minutes before my next turn.....
So the road goes from 2 lanes into one right after you get off 95, and this cop goes flying by me @ around 80mph, and continues to do so, mind you, no lights on and unmarked...
So at the next light i have caught up to him, and he does it again, speeds up to about 80mph and then i catch up to him at the next light, which is now 2 lanes for 3 miles...
So i get into the right lane and am basically beside him ( he needs to merge to my lane), and i see two cars in the left lane making U-turns, so i slow down to let the cop over, and he doesn't come.... then last minute he decdies to cut me off hard core and almost smack my fender, so i have to slam on the brakes and move to the shoulder.... as i hold my horn on and dodge him i see a mini van and another completely lock up there brakes and skid towards me, so i have to rip ass off the shoulder to avoid being hit...
Wow, so less then 4 seconds later a cop (from my county, forgot to add the unmakred was from a neighboring county) comes flying up, which i think he is going to pull me for some odd reason... i pull over, he passes and pulls the unmarked cop car... pretty crazy, i didn't think they could do that... not sure if it was because he almost caused an accident or what...but pretty cool.
