So i open up the mailbox today and see i have a package from a headlight bulb company i had purchased bulbs from in the past...

I open it up and to my surprise it is the same exact product i had ordered in the past. So the first thing i do is check my bank statements and my paypal account... no sign of withdrawl from that company...

Now do i contact them and ask why i got them, or do i stay quiet and sell em or keep them for myself?

 

You have no record of ever purchasing a 2nd set.

You didn't get a box in the mail.

You only ever remember getting one package from them.

 

Weird, how long ago did you order the first set? If you called them, they'd probably laugh and tell you to keep them. Not worth their time. Unless you have HIDs. Mucho dinero there.
