Any Team FUK/workout crew online right now? Got a q
Given the FUK situation, how do you feel about jump rope? I'm thinking about trying this for my cardio, because I'm getting kinda bored with swimming.
jumping rope is a crazy good workout.. you can get really fast at it to.. i used to do it in my garage, but i stopped because the car is in there now

I figure in a full day of skiing that I burn between 1800-2000 calories, on average of 36-40 runs down the hill.
My weight training teacher last year always had us do jump rope for cardio. That shit got me real warmed up real fast.
On a side note, I suck with a jump rope. I'm not coordinated enough. Our final included a jump rope test which I failed miserably.
