heres my little situation.

At school there is this girl and she is new to the highschool. but she knows all of the kids because we all went to the same Middle School. No one really likes her in the highschool. Im kind of friends with her but i guess she thinks i hate her. on thursday as a joke i threw some pepperoni rolls at her. she told her parents and they wunt to press charges against me. Is there anything to press charges on?

PS. im going to write the family a letter and apoligize. That might work because the parents used to like me.

Dont write a letter, dont do anything. Continue to throw peperoni rolls, cheesticks, bagel bites at her. Soon, she will figure you are an asshole and want to bang you. Plus, her parents cant sue you for anyhting. They'd have to get the school to do the disciplinary work. Everyone wants to sue everyone these days.

i try to be nice to people, just in case that one day they decide to go crazy, they kill everyone else and just run pass me and say hi

on other note, yes they can press charges on you, its a form of harrassment.
