Default TOV says 2007 end of life for RSX?

Temple of VTEC says end of life in 2007+ for RSX. I've never read this before and can't find any news. What's the scoop?

So the Si is coming back as a coupe? :blue: thats cool, wish they would redesign it though i hate the EP coupes. oh well...as for the RSX im not sure about that... why redesign and tweak up a car that in two years will be gone? Thats a lot of money down the drain

yea, it's true that the rsx is going out of production. what they are doing is coming out with a 2 door TSX to replace the RSX. i also heard that honda is developing a k24 turbochared motor (not sure of the truth on that) and if it is true the rumor is that it might go in the 2dr TSX. but that is all speculation. but the part about the 2dr TSX replacing the rsx is true. my info on that is not faulty cause i work at NORRIS ACURA WEST.

Why are they killing the RSX? I love the hatch back rear. A 2 door coupe TSX just means less practicality cuz they're both fastback designs.

What I really want is a 5 door TSX.

The dealers don't know anything the press doesn't.

i was going to say just because you work at a dealership doesnt mean you have an inside scoop on the HONDA Corp. itself. I still dont think that its true. It just doesnt make any sense to have a redesign body/engine USDM wise and have it revamped in 2 yrs. Money wasted is money wasted to the executives.

maybe a 2 door TSX could be the replacement for the CL, unless honda hasnt got around to redesigning that. that would mean that they aren't really losing much. the only thing with a 2 door TSX is that i would think it would be considerably smaller than what the CL was if it were intended to be a replacement.
