Hey guys,

I own a 03 RSX and yesterday left my lights on and the battery went dead ( not sure why Acura cant have the lights turn off when the ignition is turned off). Now the audio system needs a code. I am the second owner and I dont have the code. I called the dealer and he wanted the serial # of the stereo.
Can someone tell me how to to remove the stereo so I can find the serial #. I dont feel like finding it out by myself.

 

if the stereo is the original on the car Acura should be able to pull that info up from the VIN. IF Acura insists on getting the Serial check outwww.clubrsx.com Im a member on that site and its ALL about RSX out there.

Yeah, the stereo is original. I called them three days ago. They got my number and told me they would call back. I havent heard from them.
Will try calling them again.
