B16 91 civic si vs B18c 90 civic si
Have a question, buddy of mine just got a B18C installed last week with a short ram intake. Stock ehaust, headers. 
I myself have a 91 civic si hatch also with a B16A w/e,i,h. If my buddy & I race what 1/4 times would be expected or by how much would one win by?
