Yes it is a 91 hf , I currently have a 88 si lip on the pic. It needs a 88 bumper to fit it .It is a 91 hf. I have the title its salvage/ rebuild.It runs/drives fine though .The only difference between the two is the fact that the si has a sun roof and a tiny bit more horse. the hf is lighter. and saves more gas.This car would make an good daily driver car.If you have any more questions feel free to ask. thanks.
