If you get one you might as well get the other....The whole system depend on each other to get the max efficiency out of a car.

it really depends on how much money you have also on which one to get first. I myself got an intake first then a week later received my Apex N1 exhaust system.

Pull all the resonator and air pipe shit off of you stock intake so there's nothing before the air box and get a header. If you have money left over pull out your stock airbox and hose clamp a K&N filter that has the right diameter inlet to the end of it. Good as any intake IMO.

Intake.

It's best with both, but if you are chosing just one, do the intake.

I'm guessing you have the D16 in your car and the VTEC on that SOHC engine is on the intake lobes.

No me I would go with a set of 4-2-1 header's first after that remove almost ever restricting stuff on the exhuast system.( Unless you are getting a turbo )Cat back exhuast first 2'' to 3'' diameter pipe . I'm running 2 3/4'' pipe

Then get the aftermarket intake; New upgrade injectors ; then upgrade the spark plug wires to a low resistance set ; great aftermarket coil from MSD.

You're running a 2 3/4" exhaust with a 1.5 liter D15?
