Default Turbo D series motor

I have a 92 civic dx hatch D16a6 SOHC non vtec motor and i want to turbo it just for a little while and i was wondering how long do u think it would last if im running about 5 PSI on it. I mean its a cheap turbo kit like 500 bucks. But my car has 140,000 miles on it and burns oil and i no its not good to boost high mileage motors but i was just wondering how long do u think it should last. thanks

D Series? Burning Oil? Swap it my friend, swap it. Plus the $500 kit probably will blow before your engine does. (El Cheapo) Who makes it?

Im going to go with a swap. I just want a turbo for now if its possible to run on that motor and build my new motor out side of the car.

dont even bother wasting your money on the turbo when you need to save for a new engine since your other one is burning oil. btw your DX should have a D15B7 unless you swapped that out and got the D16A6 from a CRX-Si

If your car is burning oil don't even bother with a $500.00 turbo kit cause I am sure its not even close to being complete.
My kit I put together still was close to $2,000. but at least I know it won't blow my engine.
