Long story short, the car was stolen, and the thieves took just enough parts to make the car a total loss for the insurance. Here is what the car is missing:

Both front seats
front bumper & headlights
rear bumper
ignition system
factory wheels

Everything else is in the car. The vehicle was not damaged, the thieves apparently intend to buy the car from the insurance company after it clears, to put the parts back on and have a dirt cheap integra. It has 84,000 miles on it, automatic transmission, power sunroof, power locks, power windows, A/C, it's black with a white pinstripe and has a beige interior. I will be keeping the engine. Everything else is for sale. The body is rust-free and not damaged anywhere. As I said, the thieves wanted to keep the car in good shape. it will be taken from the towing yard this week. Not likely, my friend. I only hvae a couple of days to tell the insurance people whether or not I want the car, and I'm not going to take it unless I have someone who wants it. Don't have the space to let a parts car sit around. I've got an interested buyer, hopefully that decision will be made tomorrow.
