I dont think you will find one with low miles for that price to be honest.

 

someone offered me 5700 $ 97 lude in PA. But shipping will cost me more, or if I go pick it up, I will be spending hella money. I dont think its too much hard to find 97-98 5spd lude with that price. my buddy in kcmo got 97 lude 115k with something around 4900 $ from manhaiam auto auction. Its all about luck homie
