Default Passenger Rear Brake making noise when hitting bumps

I just noticed the other day that my passenger rear brake is making a noise when I hit a bump that sounds just like a squeeler on a brake pad. Anyone know what that would be. When my car sits for a while and the brakes are cool then I can be driving and hit the brakes and youll hear a squel from that brake but after a while it stops and only is when you hit certian bumps. I can hit a speedbump and nothing will happen. Its weird. Any info would be great.
Thanks
Jared

How close to worn out are the pads? It could be that the rotor builds up a bit of rust on it when the car sits, and wears away after driving it a bit. The bump thing is a bit strange though.
