A really good friend of mine just picked up an 02 RSX used for 17,750 and he did some research on gearing and read some article called the 2nd gear conspiracy (which I googled and found, good read for all) and was wondering if the RSX suffers because it's forced to shift out of second at about 61MPH (at redline, anyways...) and if anyone made a replacement 2nd gear kit?

 

no, the just some earlier model RSX's(02-03 i believe) had 2nd gear grind problems which Acura fixed for you if it was found. There was a whole petition about it, thats all I know about that
