Anything I should know? Seems fairly simple right. My concern is do I need air power ratchet.

 

Air tools certainly help because some of those bolts down there are super tight. I had issues getting the new one in in my GSR. I had to unbolt the slave cylinder to get it up there. Hopefully you won't have the same problem. I did it without air tools however and it wasn't that hard. Just take your time and be patient with those bolts that don't want to come out.
