I use 87 Octane and get over 300mi to a tank of gas. That works great for me seeing that I do more city driving than highway driving. Low Octane and great gas mileage, what more could I ask for.

I use crappy 91 octane California premium. You don't need premium for B18B(RS, LS and GS) Do need it for B18C(GSR or ITR) save your money

87 octane usually, once in a while i go to sunoco and get some 94 detergent fuel to clean the system out.

it doesnt really seem to help economy at all, car doesnt feel "faster" per se but it does run more smoothly.

I used to use high octane, then i learned it was pointless considering my b18b runs at low compression.

low octane is fine for me, no chance of my detonating.
