i'm usually around females my age (~20-22+), should they still be called "girls" -sounding like i'm referring referring to young women, or should i label them as "women"/"ladies"/etc?

 

i would call them ladies, personally

 

girls. every chick wants to sound younger, except for high schoolers, who are girls anyway.

 

"whats up ladies" usually works as a greeting amongst similar aged female folk

 

broads. they like that.

 

so girls don't want to sound more sophisticated by being referred to as "women"

 

it really depends on the situation.

like, "hey, woman." = bad
"hey, how are you ladies doing?" = good
"check out that hot girl" or "who's that girl you know?" = good

 

i just say ma'am when im at work, its more proper although u can also say "miss"

 

If they look good im call them a whore. Example: Yo that's a fat butt whore.

If they aight i call them a broad: Example: Yo that broad look like she can suck a mean......

If they ugly they just some birds. Example: Yo look at that bird over there.

 

Miss is a good one. I think ladies is appropriate at all times. Under 15 would be a good situation to refer to girls as girls.
