Anyone here drive a MINI before or own one? What's it like? Can you really fit four people inside?

My twin sisters need a new cars this week and I suggested MINIs even though they want a Matrix. Just the classic model w/auto. Nice and cheap.

 

Yes you can fit 4 people in the car...
if the people in the front are 5'6" or less

yep. but there are only 2 of us and i'm only 5'10" my gf is 5'5"

they are fun cars. some how I think she will be better off in the matrix.

 

I just an old school mini coming into the Best Buy parking lot. It was nicely done, from far away it looked like 2 pretty Euro chicks...up close they were 2 ugly FOB guys h:

Ive got one - My Mini
Extremely fun car to drive. It's incredible around corners and its pretty dang fast too. Seems to me that I can fit tall people pretty well in it. Theres definetly no problem in the front seat. Back seat's a little cramped but my friend who is almost 6 foot fit back there comfortably. Definetly not a car for long trips though. I'm also gona get the John Cooper Works tuning kit soon so I can go even FASTER

 

h: Snatched up the last 50 pack. h: Although they still had quite a bit of the 1x-4x.

 

well if one of the main requirement is to carry 4 comfortably then between the two cars the matrix with 4 doors will be a better choice.

it's also a much bigger car (both inside and out)
