Default What rims are TOO big for 94' LS?

I am considering installing 17's with low profile tires,
is there any issues with suspension and clearance?
i am using stock suspension on my 94' LS

If using the stock suspension, it shouldn't rub. If you plan to lower it in the future, anything over 1.5 will most likely rub depending on the width of the rims and tires.

Will putting 17's raise the overall height of my car drastically?
what about handling.. Stock I have 14" alloy with big tires, so
i dunno if it equals the same size as 17" with low profiles.

i had 17s on my integra when it was still with stock suspension - it took turns nicely, but body roll on tight corners/turns. also it does raise the overall height slightly noticable.

however, i ditched them because they were killing my acceleration. 15" is where it's at!!

I think you should go a bit smaller than 17's for performance

17's are too big. I had them on my teg and it really raised the height IMO. I have 15" wheels now but 16" is the best bet for integras.

i have the stock 15s on my teg....performance wise i wouldnt do anything bigger then a 16...17's are more for show since they will slow your car down unless your wheeling around 250hp+..we put 17s on my girls civic and i lost like 10mph on the top end speed..used to reach the 120 mark on speedo now can only reach 110 mark

Anything over 17" is just plain too big. Anything over 16" is too big for performance use.

17's are fine if you get 17's that weigh the same or less than your stock wheels, and tires with a small enough sidewall to keep the same overall diameter as your stock wheel and tire combo...personally, im going with 16" Work emotion wheels on my teg...on my accord i've got 17" Volk SE37K wheels...they only weigh 14lbs each and i've got them on 215/45ZR17 nitto neo gen tires so the overall diameter stayed the same...as long as weight stays the same or goes down, and overall diameter stays the same, you'll be fine. just make sure you get a good light wheel and the right tire size to go with it...u can go to discounttiredirect.com and put in your car and it'll tell u the right size you need for 17's. u're gonna be goin +3, but i dunno what your stock tire size is...anyway, post some pics when u get the rims..peacE

oh, and make sure you get the right offset for the wheels...as long as the wheels tuck u shouldn't have a problem with rubbing once you lower the car...i've seen tegs tuckin 19's with no problems so anything is possible as long as you do it right
