Oil coming in from floor

I removed my floormats to find small streams of what looked to be oil every where on my carpet. I looked thru a hole in the carpet to see oil that looks to be seaping in small areas around the floor. What can be doing this? Clutch master cyl. ? My clutch is a cable i believe. Help Pleez.

It's also possible that your brake master cyl. is leaking..
