Can someone help me out

I decided to keep my prelude shell and drop a new engine in it but I dont know how to drop one in. If there's anyone in the virginia area that knows how to put in a v-tec engine ina `95 prelude, pm me.

Just curious. What engine was in the car before?
I know I could search, but I saw no one had answered your thread so here's a little revival.

There is an h23 engine it before but it has a blown motor!!

where are u located--its almost a strait bolt in--run 2 wires--new jun ecu and you got vtec--
