60k miles on chassis and 5k miles on built motor

b18a block
CTR .25 oversized pistons (12.5:1 compression)
Shot peened and balanced stock rods
Knife-edged micropolished and balanced crankshaft ( 9 pounds lighter)
Stock-lightened flywheel LDL spec 12 lbs
Act 6 puck clutch disk heavy duty pressure plate
ITR transmission
GSR oil punp

Head b16 ported by LDL
Milled .020
Skunk2 stage 2 cams
Skunk2 vavle springs and retainers
Skunk2 intake manifold with with ported inlet and ported runners
68mm billet throttle body
STR cams gears
DTR 1.8 liter street headers
Apexi N1 full exhaust system

p28 ecu chipped by lawrence at DSR
Apexi V-AFC
RC 270 cc injectors
b16a fuel rail
ITR crank shaft pulley
AEM adjustable fuel pressure regulator
2000 gsr wiring harness modified to fit obd1 injectors
2000 b series vtec distributor
2000 vtec alternator

Koni Yellow fully adjustable shocks
Skunk2 coilovers
Stock Championship White ITR Wheels

Interior:
JDM ITR Red Recaro (driver&passanger) suede material
USDM ITR rear seats
JDM ITR cluster

Exterior:
Brand New Championship White Paint (done @ H&H Auto Collision Repair) looks brand new from the dealer
Shaved rear spoiler

I spent well over $14,000 on this project. Me and my buddies spent countless hours working on this car. I am not in a rush to sell it because I'm not in need of money or anything but if someone offers something that may interest me I will sell it. Please be reasonable and reply with real offers. As I said in the other forum, nothing is wrong with the vehicle. I'm in the mortgage business and driving a slammed and loud type R is somewhat unprofessional when meeting clients. I also don't have time to drive it on the weekends, therefore, it sits at home all day everyday. The title on the car is a theft recovery title, never been in any accidents.
