Default Shocks and Springs

I have a 94 GSR and am looking to change my Shocks and springs. I have 175,000 and have not changed either. I was looking at KYB GR-2 and H&R OE combination. I was also looking at KYB AGX and H&R Sport combination. Can anyone tell me which would provide a smoother ride.

I'm not sure which would provide a smoother ride, but a great compromise between the H&R OE and the H&R Sports would be the Comptech Sport Springs. I'd also recommend AGX over GR-2 for the adjustability.

I have H&R sport springs combined with the KYB AGX. With the shocks on the soft setting it provides a good ride, but still handles very well. I normally drive with the shocks on full stiff, just because I like the way it drives.

I also drive with the AGXs set to full stiff and don't mind the ride at all. If you aren't using very high spring rates (less than 375), the AGX are great shocks.
