Default motor swap, need ifo please

I know this probably doesnt belong in this forum, but I have a friend with a 2000 civic ex that he swapped an integra gsr B-18 into and it ran awsome. He pulled that motor out because he planned to sell the civic but never did so now we just finished putting the motor back in. Now it has no spark. Can someone please share any useful information as to why there is no spark. We have checked and checked again all the wiring and every thing seems to be in check.

ECU? Distributor? Ignition coil? Try cranking the car for 15-20 seconds and see if the CEL comes on. When the car won't start you have to crank it for a long time to get the CEL to come on.
