I was gonna say NOS but it seems like that's not an option for you.
Perhaps you might want to consider doing some maintenance work, replacing things that are not working or about to break.

what all have you done to it so far?
The GSR isn't a slow car stock, so you might just think about making it corner better.
I put Eibach springs, wheels tires and camber kits of course, and front and rear strut tower bars, and it made a WORLD of difference.
By the way, if anyone tells you that strut tower bars don't make that much difference, ignore it, and welcome to HAN.

My 94 GSR became noticeably quicker in turns with only a Skunk2 front strut tower bar, and that costs <$400. It's not Horsepower, but it helps you use the HP you've got.

Put that $400 into the suspension.

lol...you could always add a Skunk2 intake manifold...not sure on the price, but it boosts the power up a little bit. My friend put one on his B18C that he swapped into his Civic.

I'd do suspension and bolt ons before a skunk2 intake manifold. He'd also need a new intake for the new manifold, because the throttle body position changes.
