Default fuel line

has anyone ever replaced a fuel line from the tank to the fliter? i was advised to get a new one because last time i was in for a tune up for my 93 civic they couldnt change the fuel filter because that line wouldnt budge. since their only solution was to cut it, they suggested get a new line which i have found online for around $45. im just wondering what it would take to replace it myself.

You'll need alot of PB Blaster! First you gotta make sure you dont destroy the fittings. If they are looking really rusty your probably going to need to know how to flare fuel lines(same as doing brake lines.) If you don't know how then I'd let the guys at your shop do it.
