take off your power steering belt. absolutely free horsepower. don't believe me? I did a search on msn I think and I found a site where they did a dyno test on a itr with power steering belt on and then off no other changes and got like 11 hp and 9 ft/lbs of torque at the wheels. So it is proven to add horsepower. Plus you get the added benefit of better steering feel, because I think the stock steering on integras is over asssited
thats my opinion

If I was going to remove my PS, I'd swap in a manual steering rack. Disconnecting the PS while keeping the power rack makes parking and slow turning a BITCH.

hmm....not sure about how much extra a turbo would make as compared to spending the same amount of money on a B18C swap. Some come with a new tranny. I can't remember if my friend's did. He got a B18C motor, front axles, harness and I think the tranny for like $3100 off of a web site. But if a turbo would add a lot more power, then go for it. But I figure that your '96 motor might be getting a little tired, considering you might add forced induction to it. But I'm not a mechanic, never claimed to be...so I don't know much. Just my 2cent.
