Just beat the simplest virus ever

So I found my physical memory dump issue just now after a bit of detective work.
Seems as though every time I went to open the My Pictures file I was getting an Explorer error and it would shut me down either through memory dump or just close the Explorer window. Well I had it set to display thumbnails :doh: so I kicked it over to details while the error window was still displaying and trying to get me to close it and send a report.
Surprisingly it allowed me to still work in the Explorer window :thinking: so I went ahead and checked the folder out closely and realized it is also where I temporarily store my DL files. So I check my DL files and I found two random "unfinished files" that had no real names to them.
Simply enough I deleted them, ran CCleaner, did a virus scan, AdAware and SpySweeper scans. All is clear and my computer is once again my computer. :yay:
