Default jdm swap ecu trouble?

i have a obdI integra with a obd II jdm b18c1 engine. when i did the engine swap, i swapped out the stock b18b ecu with the jdm gsr ecu. i thought i wired everything right, but the harness off the motor had no secondary 02 plug, and my vtec was not wired in. the motor runs fine but has no vtec and excessive fuel consumption due to not having but one o2 sensor. does anyone have or know where to find a good wiring chart and how to( besides the haynes manual). right now i have a toggle switch wired up to the vtec solenoid, and the vtec works and so does everything else. also, if i swapped for a us spec ecu, would that work better?

The ECU isn't the problem, it's the wiring. Why didn't you just get an OBD1 motor? Looks like you got an OBD1 harness. Try wiring your VTEC correctly to the ECU, and if you don't want to mess with the O2 sensor you could always get an OBD2-OBD1 harness and run an OBD1 GSR ecu.
