so , i was driving back from my part time ,was raining a lot so passed over a lots of water , my engine died , and it took a litlle wile to come back , so it finaly comes back with this wierd tiking noise , it won't go away and i can't find out where it's coming from , anyone has an idea of what it could be?

cold air intake suck in from the bottom......when is rain your intake suck in water...

 

so ... what do i have to do now ?

 

Hopefully you didn't ruin the engine. It could be the valves or a rod ;o When it comes to ticking and engines dying, I wouldn't recommend driving it anymore until you can take it to a shop. You might have something scraping the head which can do alot of damage.

It's raining for me today and I have to delivery drive for Pizza Inn... I'm skeered... It hasn't rained once since I put my CAI on a few months ago... I've been through one motor already
