Im thinking of picking up a bottle of Xendrine and trying it out. Im going to be turning 17 in a couple of months and want to know if its really harmful if I take it as it says for 18 and older. Will it really harm me? I know a lot of guys say do it natural but im just thinking about this want to know about the age.

About 20 pounds being Ideal. Then build muscle to improve in lacrosse. I dont want to build off what I have do to I will be too big and not what I should be at.

Im instrested? I just thought Xendrine wasent much harm as it was just speeding up my metabolism etc. But what is this you are speaking of?
