Default My father is going to the bank tomorrow...
to take out a loan. He says he's taking it out now because he doesn't want to wait for the interest rates to go up even higher.

This is for the house on the land that's on the lake that Jesus filled.

I think my parents were going to take a loan out but our house just went up another 100k. So they have some good equity right now so they're not going to.
