Default Paint/Body Shop question..

I got my 03 Accord back from the bodyshop/insurance company last week Friday and it's been raining a lot since so I hadn't really washed the car to check out their work until today. WTF?! You can see where the car was taped off on the passenger side rear quarter panel and theres over spray like a mofo that runs all the way up to the fender, and across the glass for my side windows. I had detailed the car before I took it in and now when I get it back the paint is extremely rough. I already called the insurance company and complained, so they set me up with a Tuesday appointment to drop off the car and pick up my rental.

My question is, do they have to repaint my car? If so, I want the whole car repainted because I know how aftermarket paint won't match my 1 year old factory paint at all. Or will they just buff it all out??

i would try taking it out yourself, if that fails or you dont want to then, have them repaint or take out the overspray.

They may be able to take some of it out, but I wouldn't touch it if I were you. The body shop messed it up, they should fix it. If you screw something up trying to fix it yourself they may not take it back. I guess it depend on your skills, and what kind of rep. the shop has.
