Default Swoll Mothers at The Gym...
annoy me when they start making loud noises and screaming out loud...they know they swoll, but whats up with the exaggerated loud noises to catch people attention.

You havn't truely lifted weights hard enough, unless you've HAD to grunt and make funny noises, and felt like you were going to puke or have puked during a set.
