I would describe them as girls who always dress up even when just hanging around the house. Also these are the girls that won't do anything that might mess up their hair, nails or make-up. They also only want to go to the best restaurants and won't ever go to someplace like applebees or fridays or even to a deli to grab a sandwhich.
