Autozone - Cheep. Costed half of lowest price I could find online.

Warning - may be a "universal". Mine was. Required a bit of modification for proper fit. Nothing a hack saw and hammer couldn't fix though.

autozone here quoted me something like $170. radiator.com carries a replacement for $100. either way, i will not settle for anything that is not a direct fit.

Default Try RockAuto.com

I just replaced my radiator in my '94 integra with one I got from RockAuto. They are FAST, even if you choose the cheapest shipping method. And, for most stuff they have the lowest prices - beat Autozone on almost everything. The radiator was a piece of cake to replace - took less time than doing the thermostat (due to some difficult to access bolts). Probably less than an hour to pull the old one and replace.

And, for a discount code with RockAuto, see the following (you'll get these discount codes shortly after you place an order and they expire after a specified amount of time so keep posting them to the forum):

------------------------------------------------

- You give this discount code: 119776128890 to friends, neighbors,
relatives, the guy at the corner garage--anyone you know who works on cars
or trucks.
- When someone places an order at www.rockauto.com and enters your
discount code in the "How did you hear about us" line of the shopping cart,
he or she will receive an immediate 5% discount on that order.
- The discount code expires on September 21, 2004; so don't wait!

Default Forgot to mention

I think my radiator was $105 less the discount. I wouldnt call it a universal fit because all the hoses and fan bolts, etc lined up exactly. There were just a couple additional bolt locations for different fan configs I guess.

The radiator did seem to have an "optional" oil cooler - I mentioned that in another post.

I purchased a replacement radiator from Radiator Barn . It cost about $100 shipped to my door and it took about 2 days to ship.

i actually ended up going with radiator.com. i was considered getting a koyo from absoluteradiator.com for $155 + shipping, but 1. i've never seen a koyo for that cheap, 2. don't know if "absolute" is trustworthy, and 3. i want the radiator for this weekend.

anyway, i called radiator.com. they didn't have the bottom of the barrel ($100) CSF radiator in stock at my local warehouse, so i got a samsung (heh) oem style from about $118 after taxes. drove up during my lunch break, and picked it up. looks good so far.

now i have to pick up antifreeze and a new thermostat, and i'll be good to go.

This is kinda off the issue at hand but how do you know if your radiator is starting to die?

What are some common symptoms
