It stands for North American Grappling Association. This tournament is called Battle at the Beach 5. It is in Wildwood, NJ.

I hope to do well even tho I hurt my knee wed. I was wrestling in class and I was posting on my leg and felt my knee pop. It was very painful and I was off of it all of wed. and part of thur. I had it looked at and all the ligaments are in tact. I think my knee cap slipt to the side and then popped back. Today it is kinda stiff. But it is ok. I have 24 more hours for it to heal and I will compete with a knee brace.
