hey guys i have this kid i know that is starting to get into upgrading his dx, i think like a '95 or so. last night he told me that some of his friends told him to get a type r head....i was on the phone when he asked my opinion, so i just responded that i didnt think that would swap and if it did it wouldnt be worth the money to do it for the gain he'd receive. then i had to get offline so i couldnt specify more. i just wanted to make sure that a type r head wouldnt bolt up to the dx like i predicted and that if it actually would it wouldnt make that much of a difference for the money. was i right in what i quickly told him?

 

sohc bottom and dohc top....of course it wont fit.

it will only fit on a b series motor.(any others??)
