Default Body Kits and Winter....

Im constantly going back and forth between the idea of a body kit or a lip kit. I'd like to get one but Im mainly worried about the winter. How many of you take yours off during those nasty car driving months and how many of you say fugg it and leave it?

BTW ~ I have a 3 in drop (springs...not coilovers)

w/ 3 " drop, its kinda hard to drive during winter.
I have a WW RS lips on my 6th with 16". I used GC last winter, and drove once with 2.5" drop, it was really tough
try to get urethane or similar, other wise you'll break it during winter.

I'm not a big fan of 'taking off and putting on' body parts, seems like something you shouldn't be just plopping on and off. That's why I went for the add-on lips. They don't lower the car THAT much, but still add a nice clean -different- look.

3.75??? How in the hell did he/she manage that? There isn't enough room under the wheel well! I have literally an inch of space WITH the dust guards OFF!

A cop can't stop you unless the owner of the parking lot say's it's ok. Basically they will just come up to you and tell you to leave and if you don't they will notify the owner. It's more of a hassel for the cop then anything so they just tell you to take off.

BTW ~ 180's and empty parking lots in winter >> h:
