Default B18C1 is FINALLY in!!!

I got my motor in last night!!! WOOO HOOOO!!!

I did run into a few problems such as: driver's axle is too long???, ps pump connection isn't right (using GSR ps pump), AC doesn't fit the Del Sol VTEC mount????

I'm a little frustrated.. Oh, and my freaking NOPI Predator hood won't close so I have to replace it. Anyone want to buy it? Already painted stock white with hood locks: $300 + shipping

I don't have a digital camera or I would post some pics for you.
It looks sooo good!!! I love seeing that huge beast in my engine bay. I'm really happy with it. I'm trying to get a friend to come over with a camera so I can have some pics now to post.

Just wanted to let you all know.

I'll keep you informed!

See how that large center vent dips down? The driver side hits the valve cover....

Do you mean the channels on the underside of the hood? It's a polyurithane hood so I think it would mess it up pretty much if I did that and they're not hitting at all, it's that center vent. I thought about cutting that out, but if it rained, it would get into some pretty vital spots. I've been thinking of getting a CF hood anyway so this gives me a reason. Please pass the word on the sale of this hood.

Thanks for the support!!!

try looking into getting a Bomex c/f hood. they are expensive but they dont use a skeleton and i think Fiberimages dont use a skeleton either, ViS does.

Dude........ I love your sig.... mmmmm

My buddy has the hook up on body kit stuff so I'm hoping to get a GTP hood for like $300. I don't think the skeleton would really make a difference. I may get a buddy with a stock hood to come over and I'll see if it'll hit at all...
