I'll be picking up my Integra next week and I wanna get it tinted right away. Does anybody know of a good shop in the bay area (preferably San Jose) that does a good job and guarantees their work for a decent price?

 

There's tons, but the one I know of and recommend is North of San Francisco, so that might be a tad far for you.

It's called "A Shade Darker" and it's in Santa Rosa. They do excellent work and guarentee it for the life of the vehicle.

 

wat kind of tint are you going to get? im thinking about getting a tint job too, but i want the back to be darker and the drivers and passengers windows to be visable still. so everybody will kno who the driver is anybody kno the average prices to get this done?

 

i have 5% on the back, side, and driver and passenger windows, cost me $160

 

Has anybody heard of Extreme Tinting? I read a few car club forums and the only one that seems ok in this area is Extreme Tint & Polish http://www.extremetint.com/home.html

What is a better color/tint for a white Integra? A dark charcoal color or just a straight up black?

 

Last august, I picked up my new Benz and took it there the next week (Extreme Tinting). I think they did a pretty good job and for a good price (some where around $150 I think). I got quotes from 2 other places for the mirror/silver tint and they were much much more ($250-300). Only negative thing I'd say is there are still some minor bubbles that you see only when you really look at it closely (say 5 inches away). So call around, but also see what Extreme will quote you.
