Default 93 Integra timing 1.8

Need help,, just had a new belt and water pump installed. No low end power now. After that i pulled the timing cover and when I put the up marks up the marks on the cams dont line up with the marks on the back plate. Or when the marks on the cams line up with the back plate the up marks Exhaust is about 1100 o clock and the intake is about 1 o clock. Can someone please tell me the right place to put the marks. Thanks Randy

The TRUE timing marks are the little dimples out near the teeth of the cam sprockets. They line up flat with the backing plate. The arrows are just approximate, so you don't get them totally upside-down.

Sounds like it jumped timing. Fix it.
