Default Strange Water Leak

I drive a 1994 LS, an im having a water leak on the driver's side flooring. I had the Cowl vent re-siliconed and and I re-did the weather stripping on the windshield but the water leak persists. It only leaks when it rains, right under the floor mats. There is absolutley no visible place from which the water is coming from, so I'm really dumbfounded. Also, the sunroof doesnt function and hasnt been opened in years, so I dont think it could be the drain tubes, but I dont know. Will someone please help??

you could of hit something and have a hole in the floor pan or does this happen only if the car is sitting.

You know I had the same problem when I bought my car last year, but it was on the passenger side. It seemed like every time I washed the car it would be wet under the floor mats. I just could not figure it out, but then I noticed that the rubber striping inside the car that line around the dashboard was off. After I put it back it stopped the problem.

(Say if you open the door, its the rubber striping that lines around the dash board right where it meets the fire wall) sorry that the only way I can describe it without pics.

Okay, I removed ALL of the carpeting by the driver's side flooring, and there is a rubber padding right under the brake and accelerator. That whole padding is soaked! (This is the inclined part, right before it levels off and becomes the base of the floor) WTF? How did water get there??? Dang, someone help me out.
