Default Integra OEM Alarm System

I have a 95 Integra LS. I was wondering how can you find out if it has a factory alarm. Theres this flipswitch with a red light but I dont know what it is. I bought the car used so I dont know if they just lost the keypad or if it even has one. So any info how to find out if I have one or not would help me out.
Thanks

Usually if it comes with a CD/casette player of some sort it will have a blinking light on it somewhere. If there is not blinking light that probably means there is no alarm... but check around I guess.

Well next to my steering wheel theres a small hidden compartment. In there is a flip switch with a red light on top. It came with an aftermarket deck when I got it. I dont think anything happens when you flip it. I think the light will blink when you flip it one way then turn off when its fliped the other. Not to sure though. Any other ideas?

Thanks

could be a passive alarm system (meaning it disarms when unlocked, and arms when unlocked)...the switch could be a valet switch.

So how can I tell? I have no "keypad" for the alarm. The previous owner said nothing about it. But the other day I found that its like a toggle switch with 2 wires going to it and on the other side there is a red led. So would this be an alarm or something else..?
Thanks
