Default gsr or si swap into my EX?

I planning on doing a swap into my 97 civic coupe. No other upgrade except and intake, and exhaust. should I go for the gsr or the 99 si swap?

well there are a few sites where i have seen them but they're pretty expensive once you factor in tax, shipping, the condition of the engine, and finding a place to put it in, added to the price of the engine.
