Default Changing Fuel Filter

Anyone got tips on how to do this? I got the first bolt on top off. There's a second bolt that you have to take off...right? On the second one, I can't even move it.

it was a ***** to do on my 95 teg. I ended up busting my hand when the bolt finally came loose. Remember to have plenty of rags handy for when you take out the fuel line. Even after letting the car sit overnight quite a bit of fuel was still in there.
